On October 5, the Help in Change team participated in the Saucony Djurgårdsvarvet — a unique run organized by Fredrikshof. This run is known not only for its scenic route but also for its atmosphere of care and support. This year, the organizers made a special gesture by offering free entry spots to Ukrainians, allowing them to join this inspiring event.
Saucony Djurgårdsvarvet is a race that brings together people of all skill levels, from professional athletes to amateurs. Everyone starts from the same line, and it’s not just about completing the distance, but also about enjoying the spirit of unity and friendship. Each participant enjoyed not only running through the beautiful landscapes of Djurgården, but also left with vivid memories.
For many Ukrainians, this race was a chance to take a break from their daily struggles and feel the strength of unity and support from others.
We sincerely thank Fredrikshof for the opportunity to participate in this wonderful event and for their generous hearts. This was more than just a race — it was an act of solidarity and support that showed how sport can unite people and bring hope.
